The responsibility of the Client Relationship Director (CRD) is to grow revenue through the development of long-term client relationships, enhance profitability for the firm, and provide local market awareness of the services of Amper Risk Advisors.? It is a fast paced role in a change-oriented culture.? This position is entrepreneurial in nature, requiring creativity as well as strong leadership, management, business and analytical skills.? The CRD has the responsibility for owning and growing the business in his or her assigned market area.?

It is imperative that the CRD be a team player that is focused on long-term client relationships and success.? This position requires the tenacity to overcome obstacles and a robust pursuit of business opportunities and marketing Amper name in their territory.? To succeed in this consultative sales position, the CRD must be an exceptional listener.? The ability to assess needs, resolve issues, and build relationships is critical.? As a key member of the management team the CRD must have a positive attitude and high energy level necessary to achieve the expected business development activity levels.? The CRD must possess the drive to exceed expectations, the ability to think creatively, manage ambiguity and use problem-solving skills to ensure clients are delighted with Amper?s service.

?Relationship Building

???????? Communicate with all levels of people within an organization, especially at the executive level

???????? Identify key individuals and all opportunities within an organization

???????? Network within organizations aligned with our service offerings

???????? Collaborate to provide client satisfaction with Officers, Directors, Engagement Managers and Professionals

??????Work with clients to develop customized and/or innovative solutions

??????Utilize community and professional organizations to network and develop business, becoming involved and volunteering time to an aligned organization

??????Manage business on a personal and ethical level

???????? Take ownership of client relationship

???????? Maintain consistency with positioning

???????? Remain ethical and professional with clients at all times

???????? Be valued ally and consultant to clients

?Business Development Process

???????? Acquire and build a strong client base, blueprint, and penetrate each account to the fullest extent, go wide and deep within top companies

???????? Hold 7 - 8 face-to-face client meetings per week.?

???????? Develop and execute a marketing plan for your territory using cold calling, direct mail, email, newsletters, and Amper sponsored seminars and educational programs

???????? Cold calling: minimum 100 calls a week

???????? Ability to develop a conceptual understanding of internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley, information technology, business process improvement and accounting services

???????? Perform strategic account reviews with Officer-in-Charge and Directors to identify and target practice area specific opportunities within targeted accounts

???????? Determine engagement pricing based on scope, duration of engagement, and skills required within established practice area price ranges

???????? Ensure pricing for each engagement is competitive and achieves profit margin goal

???????? Prepare and deliver proposals, working with operations in crafting a proposal that is thorough and addresses the client business issue

???????? Be a client advocate

?Office Responsibilities

???????? Ensure communication to administrative staff regarding proposals, engagements or client changes.

???????? Prepare Strategic Sales plans for largest clients

???????? Prepare Call Summary Reports, Pipeline Reports, timesheets, expense reports, and input contact activity on a weekly basis

???????? Be active in at least two professional organization

???????? Ensure client?s bills are paid promptly

???????? Participate in process/quality improvement teams as needed

???????? Participate in team/office management and training meetings

?Compensation

Base salary and bonus/commission plan with no cap. Total targeted earnings based upon contribution to practice growth and profitability.
