Here's the oppty you've been waiting for to get a foot in the door of the lucrative Real Estate industry. You'll have the oppty to promote to Controller w/ this Prestigious "Class A" major developer if you are an impact individual. This firm is experiencing phenomenal growth and has an immediate need for key individual to take accountability for major multi-million dollar development projects of various sizes and scope, development of impact reporting processes, policies and procedures for a multi-entity real estate company. The position requires a solid practical knowledge of cash and accrual basis accounting, job cost accounting and proficiency in computer software environments.

Will be responsible for all financial reporting aspects of major projects while interfacing heavily w/ the two top executives in the operation.

Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000/401k/PENSION/UNLT'D GROWTH
