Salary: From 13.00 to 14.00 per hour

Job Description: We work with a very large petroleum products company in Orange and they are looking to hire 2 BILLING CLERKS to work in their accounting department. They have 2 ladies in billing who will be going on maternity leave in a couple months, possibly sooner. We want to get 2 people in there and trained before they go out on leave. This is long term temp with the possibility to go perm.

We need sharp people who have good 10-key skills and some accounting experience. It is A LOT of data entry. There is a standard billing process but there are also exceptions to that process. We need a person who can think logically and communicate well with the staff. Hours: 8-5 job with possible overtime. Starting pay $13-14/hr based on experience.
