A Fortune 300 Real Estate Developer seeks a Senior Accountant
A Fortune 300 Real Estate Developer seeks a Senior Accountant for their Corporate Headquarters. Candidate will be in charge of four divisions and would also be the point contact person for these divisions. Candidates should have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with reviewing all reports submitted by the divisions and also review for accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prepare and analyze quarterly, month and year end closes
? Responsible for 4 divisions and will be the point contact person for these divisions
? Review all reporting submitted by the division and review for accuracy
? Interaction with Division Controllers, Assistant Controllers, Managers, and staff on a daily basis
? Analyze and reconcile major balance sheet accounts
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor?s degree in accounting with 3-5 relevant Accounting experience Strong Analytical and Computer skillsExcellent Communication skills Some travel required to divisions
