 Accounts Payable Representative

This candidate is responsible for all activities in the accounts payable function, ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.  Will review applicable accounting reports and accounts payable register to ensure accuracy.Software required:  Excel (Proficient to Expert)2 to 5 years of experience required.

 

 Accounts Receivable Representative

This candidate is responsible for all activities in the accounts receivable function, manages collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies. Maintains accurate records. Audits methods and procedures of accounts receivable function to improve efficiency.Software required:  Excel (Proficient to Expert)2 to 5 years of experience required.

 

 Credit/Collections Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in processing and verifying applications for credit and soliciting payment on overdue accounts.  Responsibilities also include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks.  Candidate may be required to complete extensive research and discovery. Computer/Internet Proficiency required.Software desired:  Excel (Intermediate)1 to 3 years of experience required.

 

 Medical Billing Reviewer

The candidate will be responsible for compiling amounts owed to medical facility, reviewing and maintaining orders, invoices and records to ensure accuracy.  Works with insurance companies to rebill claims and attempt to find cost-savings.  Maintains all patient payment records.Software desired:  PowerTrack, MediSoft, IDXSoftware required:  Excel (Proficient to Expert)2 to 4 years of solid medical billing experience required
