We currently seek an Accounts Payable Assistant at our Lisle cooperate headquarters.

 Description:
Coordinates the timely distribution of all incoming documents and provides clerical support to the Accounts Payable team of McCain Foods USA, Inc.

Job Responsibilities:
? Opens, prints, sorts, segregates and distributes incoming documents related to the timely processing of vendor payments.

? Ensure compliance of company established policies and procedures.

? Assist with vendor payment issuances including payment distribution.

? Vendor statement review.

? Handle customer inquires, requests and provide prompt follow- up.

? Maintains organized and accurate vendor files.

? Provides professional customer service to internal and external customers.

? Supports the Accounts Payable Manager and Supervisor.

? Special projects as assigned.



Experience Required:


? High School diploma or equivalent.

? Minimum of one year related clerical /mailroom experiences in a high volume office environment. Experience with full cycle AP is a strong plus.

? Able to lift 35 pounds.

? Good data entry and communications skills.

? Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.

? Skillful in working independently and as part of a team.

? Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

? Capable of multi-tasking.

? Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
