A/P Clerk
Our client, located in downtown Boston, is a prestigious, International Investment firm. They are a fast paced, growth-oriented company that believes on promoting from within. They are looking to add an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for preparing and processing a/p for various offices.
This is full cycle a/p which includes, matching, batching, posting and coding.
This A/P clerk will also assist with reconciliations, audit prep, and cash management.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will hold their BS degree Have 0-1 year of experience outside of school, preferably some a/p experience.Fresh grads are encouraged to apply!Must have strong communication and organizational skillsMust be computer literate and feel comfortable using excel.
