Job Description: Accounts Payable Manager

 

As A/P Manager you will be responsible for the following activities: Full cycle accounts payable, 3 way matching, GL account coding of invoices and expense reportsA/P month end close and account reconciliationAssisting with special projects and annual auditEstablishing and documenting internal controls for SOX ComplianceSupervising staff of four or more processorsHandling 1099?s and working closely with vendors

 

Job Requirements:

 

This position requires the following skills and attributes:BS/BAMinimum 3 year experience in the manufacturing industryMinimum 5 years supervisor experience and solid knowledge of Full Cycle APMust be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detailMust be able to multi-task and be able to process in a high volume environmentStrong written/verbal communication skills

 

The following skills are preferred:Use of integrated accounting softwareSAP experience a plus
