A/P Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for a flexible, self-motivated, team player to fill the position of Prepaid Supervisor. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an innovative, creative thinker who possesses excellent analytical and strong leadership skills. A 4-year business related degree is strongly preferred. Three years related accounting/analyst experience required.

 

The responsibilities of this position include:

? Supervision and development of 5 associates

? Oversee the draft authorization process

? Oversee timely recording of interfaced vehicle purchase transactions in PeopleSoft

? Reviewing and approving inventory adjustments requests and the enhancements of its reporting

? Support the payment process for Manheim Online transactions (paying Manheim auctions via ACH Debit vs.draft)

? Oversee payable process for accessory sales

? Perform analysis on accessory installation rates and provide recommendations for further enhancements/changes to our processes

? Play an integral role in the refund project for uninstalled accessories

? Oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliations related to vehicle & accessory payables

? Oversee bank account research pertaining to vehicle disbursements

? Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to our current processes

? Special projects as needed
