A/P Travel and Expense Coordinator

To perform A/P Travel and Expense Coordinator processing and data entry, responsible for auditing of Travel and Expense reports, coordinating all changes and modifications and acting as primary contact for all Travel and Expense inquiries and Accounts Payable.

Responsible for payment information electronically uploaded on file.
Responsible for all T&E upload processing and respond to all T&E hotline and email inquires with a high level of customer service.
Responsible for resolving all outstanding items surrounding all policy violations and rejections.
Audit of designated travel and expense reports/receipts for month end close process.
Lead or participate in various Travel and Expense and Accounts Payable projects.
Assist group members with resolutions of inquiries.
Assist with the documentation Travel and Expense Procedures and Policies.
Skills:

Knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
