We have an immediate need for a A/R Collections Analyst for our VWA Asset Management Division located in our client's San Jose office.

Job Description:
The main responsibility of this position is to ensure orders are timely booked and accurately booked, meet monthly cash and A/R aging goals, reconcile disputes, and provide the highest level of customer service for our internal partners as well as our customers.

Essential responsibilities include:
? Daily order review and validation to ensure PO's are booked accurately to minimize collection issues.
? Daily correspondence with internal and external business partners regarding customer?s
orders/invoices
? Responsible to meet or exceed cash and A/R aging goals on a monthly basis.
? Responsible to manage the A/R Collections process in accordance to Corporate policies
? Resolve and investigate invoice discrepancies and disputes. Partner with other Cisco process owners to resolve disputes.
? Responsible to accurately forecast cash collections and A/R aging on a monthly basis
? Develop strong relationships with customers and enhance our customer?s ?purchasing experience?.
? Balance the fiduciary responsibility as a finance professional while meeting business needs
? Ad-hoc projects
? Create and review collection reports daily to identify outstanding receivables

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? 5+ years in A/R and reconciliation experience preferred.
? Result oriented. Ability to achieve goals on a monthly basis.
? Ability to work in a very fast pace and high pressure environment
? Ability to represent Cisco System at a professional level.
? Ability to develop good relationships with internal partners as well as Customers
? Ability to influence internal partners and Customer?s behavior
? Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks through to completion
? Ability to learn quickly
? Flexibility to work off business hours on occasion.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with little or no supervision in a team environment
? Excellent Excel skills & working knowledge of ORACLE preferred
? AA Degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
