A/R Specialist

One of Spherion's top clients is searching for an A/R Specialist to join it's Tampa team. The perfect individual will coordinate and maintain all essential duties and responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable department for both domestic and international customers.

Responsibilities:

. Focal point for investigating and resolving all aged customer AR balances

. Applies cash receipts daily as received

. Researched unapplied cash receipts as required

. Resolves difficult customer AR issues

. Works with Operations department to ensure purchase orders are setup

. Perform research

. Perform monthly AR reports

. Work with Oracle Team to assist with testing all AR functions in Oracle

Qualifications:

. Ability to work independently and with time constraints

. Knowledge in AR transactions and reporting

. Professional and credible

. Ability to prepare detailed reports using Oracle Financial System and Excel

. Ability to perform AR/Billing related duties in the absence of co-workers

. Strong customer service skills

. Ability to meet deadlines

. Ability to multi-task
