Major Multi-Billion Dollar Corp. is seeking a positive, team-oriented professional capable of finding solutions and influencing others to achieve corporate and departmental goals. The ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment and present ideas regarding new processes and procedures in a positive manner is a must, as are results-orientation and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

This position supports the General Accounting operations and resolves data integrity issues arising between systems. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact and liaison for production accounting system issues between the division?s general accounting area and other companies within the organization. Responsibilities include serving as the primary general accounting project manager and technical lead with ongoing system upgrades, in addition to taking responsibility for the General Ledger mapping and resolving integrity issues between related systems. Other duties will include leading General Accounting ad-hoc reporting and analysis using application based query and reporting tools (MS Access, SQL, Excel, PeopleSoft), in addition to taking responsibility for Change Control Management for General Accounting. This position will require the candidate to work with senior managers and information technology to integrate/standardize information flow and reporting.
