We are currently looking for a Controller for our Bala Cynwyd, PA headquarters office. Qualified applicants will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational and time management skills, proven attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Job Functions

? Final Close of books every month by seventh business day of following month.
? Reconcile all bank accounts with transactions on a daily basis.
? Management of the tax and treasury functions, including daily reconciliation of prefunded accounts, monitoring of corporate accounting policies, insuring corporate practices conform to corporate standards.
? Timely billing to customers. Maintain AR collection below 45 days.
? Track on a weekly basis:
 Revenue and expenses actual versus plan
 Burn rate
 90 day rolling cash flow
? Maintain constant customer variance analysis.
? Three year planning, annual budgeting and latest estimates.
? Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
? Develop financial analysis for meetings of the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

* Years of experience providing accounting support and management reports.

* Must be experienced working with Quickbooks

* High maturity level, diplomatic, driven, detail oriented.

* Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Experience in the financial services or money transfer markets, including pre funding of accounts, account settlement and foreign exchange is a plus.


* Good project planning and management capability.

* Flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

* Ability to work independently with no supervision

* BA or BS degree. CPA a plus.
