ACCOUNTANT II

This positions reports to the Manager of Corporate Accounting. This is a high exposure position working with the Director of Corporate Accounting, the Corporate Controller, and the Controllers of the various business units.

Responsibilities include:
' Consolidation of month end financial results.
' Review and analyze month end financial results and other supplemental data submitted from legal entities to make sure results are accurate and consistent.
' Prepare various monthly analyses for the Director of Corporate Accounting, Controller, and CFO.
' Provide external auditors with proper support and documentation.
' Research and answer accounting issues.
' Provide accounting support to legal entities.
' Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements: BS in Accounting, 2+ years work experience. Big 4 and Hyperion experience a plus. Must be proficient in Excel. Hyperion experience is a plus.

Key Attributes Needed:
Thorough understanding of US GAAP.
Ability to understand and discuss complex accounting issues.
Comfortable interfacing with all levels in the organization including Executive Management
Requires minimal supervision.
Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects
Must be able to meet deadlines.
