A property management in Miami Beach is actively seeking an accounting clerk with 1 or more years experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in Excel is also necessary. Job duties include matching invoices to purchase orders, performing data entry, and assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
-Must be authorized to work in the United States (or Canada). -Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are essential. -Superb skills in Excel are required and QuickBooks experience is a plus. -Bilingual not required.
