ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR - $105K

Salary + Bonus to $105,000

You will supervise all aspects of the operation of their Corporate accounting department, including monthly close, quarterly and annual reporting, preparation of internal reports and oversight of the G/L function. You will manage the annual budgeting process. You will prepare special reports as needed and will present your analysis of ongoing operations to corporate management at the Board level.

You will work closely with the external audit firm on published financial statements. You will advise Corporate Management on changes to accounting laws and standards that will impact corporate practices.

Requirements include 10+ years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry. Your experience should demonstrate the ability to direct and motivate a team of accounting professionals, along with the ability to present your ideas and conclusions to Corporate Management at the highest levels. CPA strongly preferred.

Position is located in the Lehigh Valley Area of Pennsylvania (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton), and is commutable from the Pocono region, Western New Jersey and nearby areas of Bucks, Berks and Montgomery counties.
