ACCOUNTING MANAGER - CORPORATE

In this newly created position, you will evaluate the Company?s existing accounting policies, and recommend and implement changes designed to ensure continued compliance with SOX regulations. You will serve has a key point of contact between the company and its Big 4 audit team. You will maintain an oversight responsibility for 10Q, 10K and Financial Statement filings.

You will serve as a key member of the company?s Mergers and Acquisition team. You will analyze financial statements and related information and prepare confidential reports for Senior Corporate Management.

Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Accounting and CPA certification with a minimum of 4 years experience in a public accounting firm. Manufacturing company experience is a "must have. Your background should include demonstrated ability to supervise professional staff and exposure to accounting issues for SEC regulated manufacturing companies.

This opportunity is located in central Berks County, within commuting distance of Allentown, Pottstown, Reading, King of Prussia, Lancaster and Harrisburg. Paid interview expenses; generous paid relocation available.
