External Financial Reporting Manager 

 

The External Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting process, reviewing new pronouncements issued by accounting and governmental regulatory agencies (SEC, FASB) to determine the impact to financial reporting and disclosure; providing technical accounting support regarding significant and complex transactions to departments and assisting with developing systems and processes to support the reporting process including compliance with Sarbanes. 

 

Requirements:  Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.  Certified Public Accountant.  Five to ten years accounting experience including at least 3-5 years of Reporting experience.  Knowledge of GAAP & SEC reporting requirements. 

 

Salary to $78,000

 

 

Bank Accountant 

 

Position provides technical accounting expertise related to GAAP issues and FCA reporting regulations.Analyzes procedures and information provided by general and loan accounting sections.Assist with external audit procedures for Accounting and financial reporting. Position interacts with all levels of Bank and Branch management, as well as external accounting professionals.

 

Requirements:  Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.Three to five years accounting experience. 

 

Preferred:MBA or Masters in Accounting.  Certified Public Accountant.  Public accounting experience with emphasis in financial industry.

 

Salary to $55,000
