ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST/ ANALYST

A dynamic and rapidly expanding Distributor of Wholesale Electronics in Northern Bergen County seeks professional, organized Financial Professional. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to multi task. Candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be a detail oriented, conscientious, responsible and reliable employee.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
?Responsible for maintaining banking relations, reporting cash flow
?Collect and analyze corporate financial data
?Inventory Control and cost analysis
?Month End Closing, financial reporting, support schedules, subsidiary ledgers
?Assist with preparing annual budgets
?Insure financial reporting is in compliance with external reporting requirements
?Analyze financial data and provide management with internal management reports
?Forecast long and short term projects to analyze returns
?Maintenance of fixed Asset register
?Ability to work independently; as well as with internal departments
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
?Proficient in MS Excel, Word, MS Outlook
?Experienced in Corporate ERP systems
?Must be a self-starter, assertive, with excellent communications skills.
?Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting, financial reporting
?Public accounting experience helpful.
?Excellent analytical skills
?Excellent phone manner
