ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR

Located in San Jose, Race Street Foods, Inc. is a premier wholesale distributor of seafood, poultry, beef and pork products in the Bay Area. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator. The person in this position will be responsible for full-charge, full-cycle weekly check processing.  You will work closely with our vendors, buyers and operations staff to solve invoicing issues and determine what invoices should be released for payment.  Maintaining confidentiality as well as keeping proper documentation is very important.  We are a small office so it is important to be a team player and train for cross-coverage in A/R as well. There are also other general accounting office duties such as researching and applying debits and credits, mail processing & delivery to the post office and phone coverage.
