We are currently seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts Management team located in North Carolina.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - North Carolina

Responsibilities:
Maintain the Visa travel card program (payments, posting of expenses & account reconciliation).
Review & process expense reports & direct expense invoices ensuring all charges are proper and per company policy.
Prepare payroll and expense journal vouchers to allocate amounts in JD Edwards & Quick Books.
Manage Site Accounts Receivable for building & inter-company receivables.
Assist in the monthly posting of accruals and financial statement presentation.
Assist in completing compliance reviews and audits.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or commensurate experience.
Minimum 2 years experience working in accounting or finance.
Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, windows based software and accounting systems.
Knowledge of basic business practices.
Detail oriented and the ability to multitask.
Strong financial/analytical skills and problem solving.
Good communication skills
