Position Summary
Under close supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, responsible for supporting the accounts payable activities in the facility, performing various tasks requiring quick resolution of issues and contributing to the success of the department in a variety of areas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.Performs data entry of supplier?s invoices into accounts payable system matching supplier invoice data to purchase order and receiving data for accurate and timely payment.
2.Performs data entry of credits, deductions and paybacks into Accounts Payable system using multiple data systems.
3.May assist other Accounts Payable Clerks in departmental initiatives.
4.Must be willing to work overtime hours, as needed, in order to meet departmental objectives.
5.Performs related duties as assigned.


Educational Details
Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, or similar vocations is a plus. Completion of a high school degree or equivalent certification is required. Normally requires less than one (1) year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment.
