ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST

We are currently seeking candidates for AR Analyst to join our Harrisburg office. This person will be responsible for the accurate and timely financial reporting of the commission accounts receivable. Also responsible for researching POS accounts receivable balances in order to maintain balances less than 30 days aged. Other job functions include:

1. Review aged commission accounts receivable on a carrier basis as assigned to keep balances less than 30 days past due.  Duties include working with carrier for payment, and identification of the causes of delays in payment by the carrier.

2. Provide assistance with Accounts Receivable transactions.  Write off of balances in Lawson GL, and manual application of cash to AR balances.

3. Assist management and provide other special reporting and project work as directed by the Director of Finance and Vice-President of Finance.

4. Ad-Hoc projects

 

Successful Candidates will possess:

1. Working knowledge of GAAP

2. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word

3. Satisfactory key board skills (40 wpm or higher)

4. Analytical thinking/ problem solving

5. Satisfactory communication skills (phone, email)
