We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (business-to-business) professional with strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

 Will be calling customers & freight carriers to resolve problems and collect on past due invoices.Account management to include invoicing, reconciling shortages on shipments, identifying problems and resolving, and obtaining proof-of-deliveries on shipments.Will identify and research deductions;  research account discrepancies for reconciliation or collection.

 

Job Requirements for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Associate:

 Have 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience in a business-to-business environment.Must have excellent computer skills - especially in Excel spreadsheets. Be highly accurate, detail-oriented and a self-starter.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to working with freight carriers to obtain POD's (proof-of-delivery)is preferred.It is essential that the right candidate have good phone and communication skills.
