ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/PAYMENT WINDOW CLERK

CIG Financial, an Irvine auto finance company, has provided loans to consumers through our network of independent auto dealers for more than 20 years.

We have a opening in our Accounting Department for an Accounts Receivable/Payment Window Clerk.

Duties include:
Greeting customers and dealers and providing information about status of accountsReceiving and posting incoming payments and adjustmentsRelieving Receptionist during breaks and absencesAssisting Purchasing Clerk when possibleOther duties as assigned by Supervisor 


Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish) required to converse with our customers and dealersExcellent data entry skillsSuperior customer service skillsComputer proficiencyGeneral math skillsAttention to detail/thoroughnessSome finance or auto industry experience would be helpful but not required.  We will train the right candidate.
