Administration Manager



Leading Int?l Transportation and Logistic Co. has a career opportunity for a bilingual (Eng/Span) Administration Manager. As an Administration Manager, you will be a valuable member of our administration management team responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating the activities of billing, purchasing, and various accounting functions. Position reports directly to the Executive VP of Operations and Administration. We serve multi-national locations, including The US, Mexico, Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean regions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills. Bachelor degree in accounting preferred, 5-7 years previous billing, purchasing, and accounting experience and supervision of personnel required. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work independently and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS office products including Word, Excel and versatility to operate different software related packages. Int?l transport/shipping exp. preferred but not necessary.
