AP Coordinator-Commercial Real Estate

Reporting to the AP Manager, the AP Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports for Equis? real estate broker population which consists of approximately 25 offices across the country.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following:

? Reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper authorizations
? Posting, coding, and data entry of invoices
? Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargeback's

Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

? 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
? Solid working knowledge of MS Office Applications
? Experience in Great Plaines accounting software (a big plus)
? Solid communication abilities
? Proven organizational skills
? Ability to work under pressure
