The APPLICATION SPECIALIST II is accountable for the sales of Voice Equipment and Maintenance. The APPLICATION SPECIALIST II will identify applications, recommend network solutions and position AT&T value-added services across a variety of industry segments. This is a technical sales position needing current experience with Nortel equipment and services. This requires expert knowledge of multiple vendor and equipment couples with a thorough understanding of services offerings for full integration into the customers network. As well as expert knowledge of VOIP. The APPLICATION SPECIALIST II must be able to converse at a level of technical depth that is required by a customer of Information Technology while also understanding the applications and business drivers of the higher level users. The APPLICATION SPECIALIST II should be equally comfortable in communication with executive level managers of an enterprise as with those responsible for technical analysis of a proposed solution.
