Responsibilities


?
????????? Responsible for participating in and serving as team leader on field compliance reviews
????????? Effectively analyze documentation and reach the appropriate conclusions
????????? Analyze and understand the mechanics of all testing calculations
????????? Follow the audit program and reviews workpapers to ensure all steps are complete
????????? Preparation of closing conference package and review files
????????? Assist with training processes for new team members, and help plan field assignments
????????? Effectively discuss non-critical issues with client
????????? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements


?
????????? Bachelor's degree preferred
??????????A minimum of?4+ years investor accounting experience
????????? Extensive knowledge of government mortgage-based regulations, including accounting and
reporting functions and default areas
????????? Strong analytical, organizational, communication and?customer service?skills
????????? Some overtime required
????????? Extensive travel, up to 50% expected
