AR/AP Co-ordinator

As the Account Receivable/Payable Co-ordinator you will oversee the billing and collection functions of our campus.  Our college offers quality programs that integrate general education, professional skills, and career focused education, empowering students to develop and achieve their personal and career potentials.

 

What you will do:

 

? Oversee all AP/AR functions; including, past due funds, cash flow, revenue, billing, month end, collections, accounts receivables, withdrawal process, and credit balances.

? Review write offs, aging reports, earnings/extract reports, receivables, and monthly bad debt for accuracy.

? Finalize month end closing.

? Timely completion and submission of required reports.

? Ensure institutional compliance with financial and state aid laws, regulations and policies.

 

Skills and experience you will need:

? AA degree in Finance or Accounting (preferable)

? Strong background in Collections.

? Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) applications.

? Possess the ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented, and consistently display the highest levels of integrity.

? Possess effective oral and written communication ability
