 AR COLLECTOR

-In depth interaction with associates, vendors, and clients, and leverage their ?collections? expertise fro problem resolution.

-Collect unpaid past due client receivables.

-Document and communicate action steps on aged receivables.

-Categorize and resolve disputes.

-Create payment plans for clients.

-Diligent and collaborative research with associates and clients ensuring resolution of unresolved cash applications.

-Generate daily AR download report.

-Enter new sell accounts into system.

 AR CLERK

-Research cash received for proper application to invoices and customer balances.

-Account analysis and reconciliations.

-Month-end AR reports.

-Research cash payment shortages/charge backs, determine reason, and obtain proper documentation.

-Review credit-hold orders.

-Determine accounts eligible for release.

-Work with Export Department on past due Documentary payments.

 

Requirements for both positions:

-3+ yrs. exp. in AR and /or Collections.

-Effective team player and facilitator with strong interpersonal skills.

-Development of a good relationship/customer base as evidenced by high customer satisfaction ratings and timely receipt of monies due.

-Resilient under pressure and able to adapt quickly to unforeseen work demands.

-Experience organizing and planning.

-Strong computer skills.

-Excellent communications skills- (both verbal and written).
