Job Purpose:

AQUIPT is seeking a full-time person to work on Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and preparation of client quotations.


We seek someone with high energy and enthusiasm who excels at accuracy and thoroughness?and who can?work closely with members of our?Sales team and our clients to deliver exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:?Accounts Receivable invoicing.Follow-up with client to collect funds.Review customer contracts, specifications, and orders to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing.Assist in preparation of quotations of rental equipment for clients.Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

????????? Ability to multi-task & correspond quickly & professionally (phone, fax, e-mail) with customers and colleagues within the company.

????????? Strong internet and computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

????????? Excellent typing, math, telephone, and organization skills are also required.

????????? Experience in a customer relations and/or sales environment is a plus.

????????? Experience with a contact management database program like Connectwise, GoldMine or ACT is preferred.

????????? Experience with accounting software.

????????? 2 Year Associates degree is preferred.
