ROLE SUMMARY:

 

The Account Executive role is a hybrid sales and recruiting role responsible for networking and sourcing top tier clients and candidates to expand current client and candidate bases, developing existing client accounts, and interviewing and successfully matching candidates to client profiles.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Recruiting Top Talent

? Networking and sourcing to identify and recruit the top talent in the marketplace

? Interviewing top-tier professionals.

? Conducting in-person interviews, recruiting and placing candidates in temp, temp-to-hire and direct-hire positions (below $50K per annum)

? Interviewing and successfully matching candidates to client profiles

? Creating company profiles and conducting pre-selling of staffing solutions

? Providing management and career counseling to prospective and current assignment and direct hire candidates

? Obtaining and using feedback to enhance customer relationships, continuously improving the quality of service, and increasing profitability.

 

Business & Client Development

? Responsible for selling Ajilon?s staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting professionals (temp, temp-to-hire, direct-hire)

? New business and existing client development

? Develop the existing client base through marketing efforts and inside sales activities in an effort to gain market share.

? Responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation and monitoring of accounts.

? Business development activities include: sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, working with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities and scheduling client visits.

? Cold calling/phone work

? Interfacing with decision makers at client companies to market your service and build viable long-term relationships

? Proactively marketing top-tier candidates to client companies

? In-person business presentations
