Responsibilities:
1. May function as a Team Leader directing the work of less experienced Trust Account Managers and Associates, ensuring accounts are maintained consistently in accordance with all regulatory and compliance requirements and within company guidelines
2. Monitor daily account administration and focuses on current and changing financial needs of the customers, seeking opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance existing relationships
3. Manages the administration of institutional trust accounts of various sizes
4. Monitors past due receivable fees
5. Completes prototype documents and makes required changes, monitors daily cash positions, responds in a timely manner to compliance requests, completes appropriate checklists for conversions, etc.
6. Set up initial fee schedule in accordance with fee agreement, process fee invoices, monitor pending fees and fee aging reports on a monthly basis
7. Resolves customer issues escalated from the Account Associates as necessary
8. Updates information for investment performance reports, updates fee system when changes occur and communicates service upgrades to clients
9. Identifies staff training needs, participates in training events and may coach or assist in training less experiences Account Managers
10. Participates on committees and projects and demonstrates community involvement and leadership

Requirements include:
1. Comprehensive trust administration, product knowledge, sales and customer service experience
2. Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management and legal regulations is required
3. Interpersonal and problem solving skills to include both written and oral communications are needed
4. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience
5. Institutional trust and/or financial industry experience strongly preferred
