Account Manager for Cultural Care Au Pair

As an Account Manager you will manage all financial aspects of our host family accounts for one of our four Customer Service Teams. Regular duties include all aspects of customer account maintenance, handling customer account questions and issues, preparation of invoices, processing of incoming payments, and assisting and training internal and field based staff. Candidates should be exceptionally detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.  A finance background is a plus but not necessary.  1+ years customer service experience preferred.
