Account Process Analyst

Summary:   This position is primarily responsible for administering all billing inquiries and exception billing process.  This position will report directly to the Reconciliation Supervisor located in Sacramento, CA, and will also work directly with the Customer Service Center in Sioux Falls, SD, and the Finance Department in San Francisco, CA.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

?  Administer all incoming billing inquiries from the Sacramento location.

?  Reconciliation of Payments & Credits in Process.

?  Ensure the timely billing of all invoices.

?  Work with the compliance department on all DOI inquires.

?  Research all Overdraft Request.

?  Process past due invoices and failed billing.

?  Report process flow issues to Reconciliation Supervisor.

 



Qualifications:

 

?  Proficient in use of PC using Microsoft Office Products, Word and Excel required

?  Strong accounting and analytical skills required

?  Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

?  Able to work under pressure to meet customer requests and accounting/reporting deadlines

?  Able to perform multiple tasks effectively and within time constraints

?  Strong sense of urgency

?  Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

 

Education and Experience:



 

?  AA in Accounting or Finance required

?  2-3 years experience in customer billing
