Account Services Representative

Under general supervision the selected candidate will be responsible for, performs clerical accounts receivables functions. Performs a variety of billing and collection tasks; contact customers with past due accounts to resolve delinquency, initiate follow-up calls and log all activity in customer files. Interface with cross-functional departments to resolve issues. Prepare and send statements of account and past due notices. Reconcile accounts, checks for accuracy, verifies, sorts, posts, checks invoices and vouchers and compiles segments of monthly closing and periodic reports; relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Requires good communication and customer service skills. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel with knowledge of billing and collection procedures. A high school education or equivalent and a minimum of two years experiences in field or a related area.
