This position involves the reconciliation of a challenging assignment of major volume bank accounts and the communication with intercompany personnel as well as third parties.  Bank accounts range in size from a few hundred transactions per month to a several thousand transactions per day.  The position requires accuracy; attention to detail and diligent follow-up with banks and MBU’s to clear reconciling items. Must be able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and to meet scheduled due dates. Special projects relating to cash accounts, stale liabilities, policies and summary reporting are also a significant part of this job.



Minimum of 1-2  years accounting experience; College degree in Accounting preferrred.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to research and resolve practical problems with both banks and business units. 

Good organizational skills required.

PC skills required:  Excel, Word. Monarch & Access helpful but not required.

Exposure to CheckFree Recon Plus for mainframe helpful but not required
