Accountant/Draw Processor

A leading Denver-area homebuilder is currently seeking a Accountant/Draw Processor for it?s corporate office located in Aurora, CO

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Process bank draws

? Maintain job budgets

? Process new loan requests for banks which includes gathering budget information, title work and forms required

? Maintain job costs to include reconciling to GL

? Minimal A/P as necessary

? Process purchase orders as necessary

? Other duties/tasks as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

? Associates degree or higher in Accounting strongly preferred.

? 2-4 years of experience

? Proficient in Excel

? Knowledge of TCM accounting software preferred but not required

? Construction background preferred but not required

? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

? Must have good oral and written communications

? Must be accurate and detail-oriented
