CARQUEST is currently seeking enthusiastic individual to join our Accounting Team as a ACCOUNTANT (Fixed Asset). This position will provide a professional accounting service for a network of department managers within the automotive aftermarket industry.

TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE FIXED ASSETS EXPERIENCE!

Staff accountant with fixed asset experience. Responsible for asset maintenance.

Asset sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations. Analysis of expenditures to company asset criteria and budget. Assisting in the study of current practices & development of new policies & procedures, in compliance with GAAP

Motivated individuals will also assist in the preparation and analysis of management reports, budgeting, plan-performance analysis and other departmental projects.

DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE REQUIRED. One year of accounting experience or related internship preferred. Candidate should be proficient in spreadsheets and accounting programs.
