Accountant - North Side - Travel Required.

Strong communication skills and an Accounting Degree are a must. 

 

Must be able to travel up to 40%. 

 

Key Duties

 

 

1. Participate in the execution of the ?Quality Review Program?, which ensures that the field clerks have a comprehensive understanding of current Company policies and procedures and are properly qualified and trained.

2. Review accounting controls and process in the field, suggest improvements and help in implementation and support for any changes.

3. Responsibility for analyzing and resolving process exceptions.

4. Assist with the maintenance of the operational accounting aspects of the following functions:

? Accounts Payable
? Accounts Receivable
? Fixed Assets
? General Ledger and Financial Reporting
? Payroll

5. Coordinates accounting issues and matters between the Houston office and the field.
