 Description

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, processing payroll using Kronos and Ceridian payroll programs, assisting in the creation, keying and posting of general ledger journal entries; preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations; assisting in the processing of fixed asset additions and disposals and related journal entries; assist in preparation of audit schedules and assist in analysis of monthly financial statements; researching and responding to general ledger inquiries from internal users; and other duties as assigned by management.



 Required Skills

Required Skills: Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a good knowledge of debits and credits; two-year degree in Accounting or Finance (with a concentration in Accounting) and strong in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); great oral and written communication skills; good customer service skills; and strong organizational and planning skills. Position will require a ''hands on'' results oriented team player.
