redbox is the nation?s leading fully automated DVD rental machine. Each redbox kiosk holds more than 500 DVDs, representing 50-60 of the latest releases at the convenience of your fingertips. In less than one minute you can take home the latest DVD for only $1 a night plus tax.
As easy to use as an ATM, redbox offers a convenient new way to rent your favorite movie(s) for only $1 a night plus tax. Simply use the touch screen to review and select your favorite movie(s), swipe your valid credit or debit card, and go! If you?d like a receipt, enter your email address and a receipt will be emailed to you.
The newest releases are available, while supplies last, at each machine every Tuesday. Consumers can return their redbox DVDs to any other redbox location nationwide.
Accounts Payable portion:
A quick learner that can multi-task, pays attention to detail, and is willing to take the initiative to look into anything they do not understand.
Position duties will include faxing, filing, data entry, invoice tracking, invoice coding account reconciliation, and internet research. There will be opportunity for growth within the position to include Sales Tax Filing and new location registrations.
Previous knowledge of invoices, data entry, excel, and internet research.
The candidate must be able to handle a constantly changing/growing environment. Have the ability to try and solve any problems and be comfortable asking for help.
Programs used: Word, Excel, Outlook, Great Plains, and the Internet.
Purchasing portion:
Centralized Barcode Entry into the RCC for all new discs purchasedVerify orders are correctly represented in the distributors? systemsUse distributor shipping manifests to verify shipped vs received in marketEnsure accuracy between Redbox and VPD and IngramCommunicate Picklists and actual compliance reports daily for that week?s releases
Possibly have other ad hoc reports. Candidate must be detail oriented and a self-motivated.
