Job Description:

*Prepare and file sales tax and use tax returns for states and cities on a monthly or quarterly basis
*Reconcile supporting general ledger accounts



Essential Skills:

Accumulate and process all data and supporting reports necessary to generate sales and use tax returns; Maintain and reconcile sales and use tax accrual accounts; Analyze Fixed Asset detail and other financial data used in the preparation of the returns; Maintain sales tax calendar; Prepare check requests;Mail the tax returns;



Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or other business realted field; Less then 1 year's sales tax experience; Excellent communication and organization skills; Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
