Accounting/Accounts Receivable –bilingual

I/O Interconnect looking for accounting/ finance professional with experience in both general accounting and accounts receivable in addition to financial reporting experience.

General Accounting requirements: Candidates should have a general understanding of the balance sheet along with the ability to perform basic accounting duties including reconcile GL accounts, prepare journal entries, sub-ledger balancing and weekly financial reporting. This position supports employees and clients in a multi-office environment and helps resolve issues as it relates to accounts, procedures and services. Position reports to the Controller.

A/R requirements: This position is responsible for processing and posting of cash receipts and performing other accounting duties/projects associated with the accounts receivable process. We are looking for a hard working detailed oriented professional with knowledge and experience with accounts receivable, bookkeeping, general ledger and various financial postings and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
? 2-3 years of related accounting work experience required.
? Accounts Receivable experience plus bilingual English and Chinese Preferred
? Knowledge of MS office, Working Knowledge of Excel, Word, and computerized AR systems required.
