Accounting Admin.

Primary Duties:
Input, reconcile various postage meter accounts
Assist ledger accounting with monthend close reporting, including formatting and distributing standard monthly reports.
Reconcile and maintain petty cash and cash receipts to stringent balancing requirements.
Coordinate various department meetings, projects, activities.
Various administrative tasks, including P-card administration, emergency postage checks, ordering supplies.
Represent Accounting department on saftety committee.
Maintain attendance records for department.
Provide high service to internal clients
Suggest ideas for improvement

Qualifications
Intermediate + skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint (Excel most important)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work with minimal direction
Highly motivated; good intiative
Good analytical, decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate within team and via phone.
Good writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
