Accounting/Administrative Assistant - Richmond, VA

IFCO Systems is seeking a confident and energetic Accounting/Administrative Assistant for our pallet management services division in Richmond, VA.


Responsibilities:



This position requires working knowledge of all MS Office products, especially Excel. Ideal applicants will possess basic bookkeeping skills. Candidates should have two years experience in a fast-paced office environment and should be very organized.

This position provides general clerical support to the facility's management by answering phones, taking messages, keeping schedules, dispatch duties, copying, faxing, etc. Additionally, the Accounting Assistant will be responsible for all AP and AR at the plant.


 

Qualifications:

 Accounting experience desired Manufacturing background preferred Proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel Ability to meet strict deadlines and works well unsupervised
