Accounting Assistant (A/P Clerk)

ZS Associates is a global management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing strategy, operations and execution. A growing and entrepreneurial organization, we seek an experienced accounting assistant who is organized and energetic, and who possesses superb interpersonal skills to work in our 70+ person San Mateo, CA office and support additional offices. Qualified applicants will have the skills detailed below and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (A/P Clerk)
The Accounting Assistant, reporting to an Accountant, has administrative and financial responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:
? Review, post and generate payment for incoming employee expense reports
? Route vendor invoices for payment approval and process weekly A/P check batches
? Create time keepers and client projects into the financial application (CMS)
? File expense reports and A/P vouchers
? Backup for accounts receivable and client billing
? Assist with special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
? 2+ years of related A/P experience
? Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with CMS preferred
? Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Ability to work as a team player
? Some college is required, Associate?s degree preferred
? Candidates must possess authorization to work permanently in the US. No relocation provided
