Accounting Assistant/Customer Service

 

Unique company in the Equine, retail and special events industry in northwest Ohio is in need of a flexible, dependable, detail-oriented team member to serve in a blended position as an accounting assistant and customer service representative in our inbound call center.

Accounting duties will include entering accounts payable invoices, writing checks, working closely with the inventory purchasing and receiving department to synchronize the receipts of inventory product, entering purchase orders, reconciling credit card statements, and maintaining the accounts payable filing system. The successful candidate will have a proven background in accounts payable and bookkeeping, advanced knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and Word, and excellent computer skills.

 

This position will also entail handling customer inquiries and placing retail orders in our inbound call center.  The ideal  candidate will have a knowledge of horses, and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

 

Full-time/part-time status will be determined based on the best fit for both the company and the perfect candidate!
